Introducing “Adult ADHD CBT Card Deck”: 52 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Tactics For Adults With ADHD

Mind Monster CBT Cards Layout

Greetings and Namaste!

George WattsI’m George Watts, a seasoned BWY Yoga teacher and the creator of the Online Yoga Lesson Planner and the Chakra Chair Yoga Deck. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2010 and have taught hundreds of yoga classes.

I created the 52 cards in the Adult ADHD CBT Card Deck for myself because I have adult ADHD. I wanted a playful way to conquer cognitive chaos.

The cards are a humorous journey through the tangled landscape of cognitive distortions brought to life by the cute mind monsters. In this deck of cards, we embark on a playful adventure, exploring the quirks of our thought patterns with a dash of humour and a lot of fun.

Within the 52 cards of this deck, you’ll meet a delightful array of mind monsters, each representing a different cognitive distortion.

From the exaggerated “Black-and-White Thinking Mind Monster” to the quirky “Emotional Reasoning Mind Monster”, these monsters offer a lighthearted glimpse into the whimsical world of the mind.

These Mind Monsters bring a sense of serenity to the tricky terrain of cognitive distortions.

By embracing the playful spirit of these cards, we gain a fresh perspective on our cognitive quirks, empowering us to challenge and outsmart these pesky distortions with humour.

Whether you’re a seasoned psychology adventurer, someone with adult ADHD, a curious soul seeking insight into the workings of the mind, or simply a lover of inner calm, these cards invite you to play.

So shuffle the deck, draw a card, and immerse yourself in this delightful expedition into the world of cognitive distortions. Let the playful Mind Monsters tickle your funny bone, and may you emerge from the journey with a smile, a twinkle in your eye, and a newfound appreciation for the joy of playful psychology.

Do you have a video tutorial on how to print the digital cards?

5-Minute “Printing Options” Video Tutorial For The Adult ADHD Card Deck

Hey, maybe it’s just me, but my printer is a wild beast that has a mind of its own.

So, just in case you’re as wary of your printer as I am of mine, I created a 5-minute video tutorial on how to print the cards using your printer. I also show you how to get your local printer to print them. I suggest printing 4 cards per page, which means you’ll only need to print 15 pages (so they will be cheap to print).

But heck, if you prefer larger cards, go wild and opt for the 2 cards per page!

Can I use the cards as teaching aids in my therapy sessions?

Yes. If your client would like the cards, please direct them to this website.

Can I stock your Adult ADHD CBT Cards Gift Box Set in my shop?

Yes, if there isn’t already a shop in your town already stocking it. Email me saying something like, “Hey George, I’m interested in stocking your Adult ADHD CBT Cards Gift Box Set in my XYZ shop. What day/time works best for you to chat this week?”

Can I purchase the Gift Box Set in bulk as training aids for my Adult ADHD clients?

Yes, if you’re a therapist and have several clients with Adult ADHD, they make great training aids for cognitive behavioural therapy. Email me, letting me know how many you want.
