Introducing the “Adult ADHD In A Humorous Nutshell” – a card deck designed to bring laughter and understanding to the often chaotic world of Adult ADHD
Greetings and Namaste!
I’m George Watts, a seasoned BWY Yoga teacher and the creator of the Online Yoga Lesson Planner and the Chakra Chair Yoga Deck. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2010 and have taught hundreds of yoga classes.
I created the 26 cards in the “Adult ADHD In A Humorous Nutshell” for an Adult ADHD talk I gave at a Health & Wellness event in the UK.
26 Humorous Analogies
Each card offers a humorous, relatable analogy perfectly capturing the whirlwind of thoughts, distractions, and quirks of living with ADHD. These cards will resonate and entertain whether you’re explaining your experiences to others or need a good chuckle.
Imagine your brain as a browser with 47 open tabs open or trying to herd cats. These playful descriptions not only provide a lighthearted way to discuss ADHD but also help break down barriers and foster empathy.
Perfect for ADHD support groups, educational settings, or just sharing with friends and family, this deck turns the challenges of ADHD into moments of connection and laughter.
Are you ready to embrace the humour in the everyday chaos?

What are the size of the cards?
You can print the cards in multiple sizes (A4, A5, or A6). I recommend using the A6 size to fit four cards on one A4 sheet.
Can I explore the digital cards on my iPad/Tablet/Phone?
Yes. You can unlock the cards’ versatility by accessing the PDF on your iPad, Tablet or Phone. Download the PDF, take a seat, and effortlessly swipe through each card for a fun way to understand what it’s like to have Adult ADHD.
Do you have a video tutorial on how to print the digital cards?
Hey, maybe it’s just me, but my printer is a wild beast that has a mind of its own.
So, just in case you’re as wary of your printer as I am of mine, I created a 5-minute video tutorial on how to print the cards using your printer. I also show you how to get your local printer to print them. I suggest printing 4 cards per page, which means you’ll only need to print 7 pages (so they will be cheap to print).
But heck, if you prefer larger cards, go wild and opt for the 2 cards per page!
Can I use the cards as teaching aids in my therapy sessions?
Yes. If your client would like the cards, please direct them to this website.
Can I stock your Card Deck Gift Box Set in my shop?
Yes, if there isn’t already a shop in your town already stocking it. Email me saying something like, “Hey George, I’m interested in stocking your Card Deck in my XYZ shop. What day/time works best for you to chat this week?”
Can I purchase the Gift Box Set in bulk as training aids for my Adult ADHD clients?
Yes, if you’re a therapist and have several clients with Adult ADHD, they make great coping strategy aids for ADHD. Email me, letting me know how many you want.
Do you have any other Adult ADHD card decks?
Yes. You can view them here.
“Hey George, I love your Adult ADHD In A Humorous Nutshell Card Deck and can’t wait to download, print, and enjoy playing with them.”
