About George Watts and ADHDDoodleDiary.co.uk
Hiya!
I’m George Watts, the creator of this site. That’s me down there in Bridge Pose.
I’m a yoga teacher, known for my Online Yoga Lesson Planner, and fellow traveler on the winding, often chaotic journey that is Adult ADHD.
I use the diary entries on this as an ADHD Coping Strategy. The diary is where I dish out my Adult ADHD antics with a heap of humor, a dash of doodles, and a sprinkle of stark truth.
As someone living with Adult ADHD, I know firsthand the rollercoaster ride it can be. The ups, the downs, and the spirals in between are all part of the adventure. I’ve found that one of the best ways to manage and understand this condition is through humor.
This site is a place where I share my experiences with a dash of humoour, a pinch of honesty, and a bunch of doodles that capture the essence of life with ADHD.
What’s On My Site?
Blog Posts
My blog is filled with tips, tool, and tricks for living with Adult ADHD. Whatever I learn about my own “Adult ADHD” condition, I will share with you. I strive to make each blog post humorous so that it engages your ADHD brain.
Card Decks
One of my main passions is creating card decks tailored specifically for adults with ADHD. These cards cover a variety of topics, including coping strategies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, time management tips, and dealing with cognitive distortions.
Diary Entries
My diary entries (like this one called An Experiment: Did Saffron Help With My Adult ADHD Symptoms) are a blend of personal anecdotes, reflections, and doodles that highlight the often humorous side of living with ADHD.
Practical Adult ADHD Tips And A Good Laugh
I started this site to create a supportive and relatable space for adults with ADHD.
We face unique challenges, but we also have incredible strengths and perspectives. This site is a celebration of that. It’s about finding ways to cope, thrive, and laugh along the way.
Whether you’re here for practical tips or a good laugh (or both), I hope you find something that makes your day a little brighter.
Thank you for visiting, and I hope you enjoy exploring my blog, diary entries, and card decks.
Namaste,
George Watts
